TV chef Gordon Ramsay ruthlessly sacked his right-hand man after a decade of service... because he wasn't being foul enough to the staff. Ramsay axed Neil Ferguson, who had worked for him for 10 years, because he was being too pleasant to workers at Ramsay's flagship New York restaurant. Now Neil, 35, who worked 17 hours a day for Ramsay, is set to open a rival restaurant in New York called Allen and Delancey.
So, a chef with 10 years of training with Ramsay, who is "too pleasant" will be opening his own resto downtown (WAY cooler than 50whatever st (altho I ate there and it was amazing-delicious-gorgeous-great-service-etc)), I'm guess at Allen and Delancey streets...
I think at work I'm going to "sack" candidates, instead of telling them their projects are over. Everyone knows using foreign words makes things better.
