Private Wine & Chocolate Tasting Class
Description: Join us for a sumptuous and unique tasting, designed exclusively for Outdoor Bound members! Together with Divalicious Chocolate! (www.divaliciouschocolate.com) we have paired a gourmet selection of couverture chocolates, Diva-made barks and truffles and 4 red varietals, just for our palates.
What’s so special about this tasting?
1. It’s limited to 18 people.
2. The wines are hand-picked by a resident expert from Union Square Wines.
3. This isn’t just a tasting; it’s a fun instructional experience!
The chocolates will be hand-picked from a global menu by Jackie Gordon, owner of Divalicious Chocolate!. Jackie also performs interactive theatrical cooking demonstrations, so you know the class will be fun. Together these tastes will make for an incredible evening. Jackie and Rob Cash of Union Square Wines will take us through each pairing, giving a detailed explanation of the chocolate and wine making process, how to pair chocolate and wines and of the best consumption practices! Divalicious will also be extending a discount to purchase any of their wondrous chocolates.
