Anyone who lives or has lived in an apartment in NYC knows that the MOST important thing is water pressure. No, it's not a view or a terrace or a hot doorman. None of those things matter if you're shower is lame.
This may not give you the magical shower pressure, but it will make you look better and really, that's the most important thing.
