How do you get the wax of the menorah, or off anything really?
One option is to spray Wax-Off onto candlesticks before lighting candles. It's just $5.95. Call (800) 583-2476 or judaism.com. 
Another option is Goo Gone, the favorite of new brides everywhere. You WILL need this to get all the price stickers and scanners off all of your new plates, vases, frames, pots, etc! Turns out they also make a Candle Wax Lifter...of course! The Goo Gone site is here. No time to waste, it's already the second day (well first day really. Tonight is the second night and there's 8 nights)
